This tea is an green tea adaptation of the classic English favorite. The vivid yellow infusion of this variety differs from Earl Grey Black Tea by delivering the characteristic Earl Grey flavor with lighter, smoother body and less astringency. It can be served hot with or without milk, sugar, or honey.

Directions: 8-12 oz of near boiling water over 1-2 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.

For best results, use filtered water, as water can affect the taste of the tea.
