RETURNS

At Green Organic Supplements Inc, we have a 30 day return policy. The product that you desire to be returned should be received by us at our warehouse within 30 days after you have received the product. The product should be returned at your own expense as we would not pay for any shipping and/or handling costs incurred by you for returning the product. The item must be received by us without being opened or damaged in any way. We would fully refund the price of the product and the complete amount would be credited to you within 10 business days after we receive the product. Please note that we would not accept any returns after 30 days has passed from the receipt of the product by you. We would also not pay any refund if the product is received by us in a damaged or opened condition. Green Organic Supplements would notrefund any shipping or handling charges incurred during the delivery of the product. We request you to pack the product carefully and insure the package. We would not pay any refund for any product that is lost or damaged during shipping and handling. If you are using USPS to return the product, you must have delivery confirmation. We cannot guarantee the refund for any package shipped through USPS that does not have delivery confirmation. Any single product that is purchased in a quantity of four or more is liable to be accessed with arestocking fee of 15%.


CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel an order by dropping us an email or by calling us at (844) BUY-GREN. We would try our best to cancel the order and stop itfrom getting processed. However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. You would have to return the package to us. If an order is cancelled after the product has left our facility, then it would be considered as a return and the conditions of our cancellation policy(stated above) would apply to it.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If the product is damaged during shipping, then the same must be reported to us via email within 5 days after receiving the product. Werequest you to mention the order number and give a description of the product. We would either replace the product ordered or issue a fullrefund. If we issue a refund then the amount would be credited to you within 10 business days after we have received the returned package.


ERRORS

At Green Organic Supplements Inc, we take every possible measure to ensure that you receive the products that you order. But in the rarestof cases where you receive an item that you haven’t ordered, please send us an email reporting the issue within 5 days after receiving theproduct. Please DO NOT open the package. We would replace any such erroneous orders with the product that you have ordered or issue afull refund. However, the products must be returned to us without being opened or damaged in any way. If you are being issued a refund,then the amount would be credited to your account within 10 business days after the returned product has been received by us.
