Bottles, samples and refills: choosing the format you actually want

Green Organic Supplements · Ingredient library · Updated October 12, 2026

Understand what changes between product formats, then compare the exact quantity, formula and price.

Choose the package after you understand the formula

Start with ingredients and serving information. Then choose the listing that offers the package you want. Format names describe how you buy a product; they do not replace the formula information.

A bottle

Check the capsule, tablet or volume count on the specific listing. Do not assume every bottle in the catalog contains the same quantity or number of servings.

A sample

A sample is a smaller purchase where offered. Check the actual count and directions. A small package lets you choose less product; it does not prove that a supplement is suitable for you or will produce a particular result.

A refill

A refill is a separate package option where available. Compare its contents, package count, price and label with the bottle. Check storage instructions before transferring a product into another container.

Compare the total purchase

Read the selected listing and the cart together: formula, package quantity, number of packs and shipping. Not every product has all three formats, and quantities or formulas can differ.
